Olibr Resourcing Pvt. Ltd. ("Olibr", "we", "us", "our") provides a global recruitment technology platform, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job board, AI-powered interview tools, communication tools, and related services ("Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use Olibr. We believe in healthy, transparent communication with our customers, and your data is sacred to us. We protect it with our best security practices and will never sell your information to anyone.

If you connect your Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, or other email/calendar account, we may collect and process:

  • Email headers (to/from, subject line)
  • Email body content when sending through Olibr
  • Calendar event details (time, attendees, invitations)
  • Metadata such as delivery status, open tracking, link tracking, and email analytics
  • Contact records from your connected accounts (only with explicit permission)

Important: Olibr will never access your entire inbox or read private email content unrelated to the usage of Olibr. We comply with full OAuth restricted-scope requirements. You may revoke access at any time through your email provider's security settings.

C. Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website or use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • IP address (to track the country from where you are connecting)
  • Log files and activity logs
  • Browser type and version
  • Device identifiers
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and interaction data

Please note: Olibr does not track your personal browsing activity, browser history, downloads, apps, or software used outside of our platform unless you voluntarily grant access.

D. Candidate Profiles and Resume Data

If you upload or import candidate data to Olibr, we collect:

  • Resumes and CVs
  • Skills, experience, location, and education information
  • Assessment results and interview feedback
  • AI interview data (audio, text transcriptions, scores)
  • Portfolio links and work samples

You confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent or have lawful grounds under applicable law to upload or share such information.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use data to operate, protect, improve, and expand Olibr's functionality. We track, collect, and record your data to understand your needs and requirements, enabling us to provide better service with enhanced features.

B. With Hiring Companies (Core Functionality)

For job seekers: Based on the nature of our recruitment service, your resume, profile, and related data may be shared with companies evaluating your application or looking to hire you.

For employers: Candidate data uploaded or managed within your ATS may be visible to your team members and hiring managers.

C. Service Providers (Processors)

We work with trusted third-party service providers, including:

  • Cloud hosting platforms
  • Email service providers
  • Calendar synchronization services
  • Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
  • AI processing vendors
  • Security monitoring providers

All service providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements. These providers have their own Privacy Policies, which you can review on their respective websites.

D. Legal Requirements and Protection

If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child has shared their data with us, please notify us immediately at privacy@olibr.com. We will take prompt action to delete the child's data from our database and servers.

  • Reading email metadata (not full content unless necessary for composing/sending)
  • Viewing calendar events and availability
  • Creating interview invitations and calendar appointments
  • Email open tracking and delivery analytics

We never access your entire inbox. All integrations follow strict OAuth security protocols.

You may revoke access at any time through your email provider's security settings (Google Account Settings or Microsoft Account Security).

12. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Olibr reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time that we deem necessary. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
